Fiesta Taqueria in Huntsville

I've only been once, but everything was awesome. They were Very Busy , the staff was great, the food was wonderful. Can't wait to go again.

Love the food and atmosphere. Authentic Tex Mex menu. It's BYOB but there's a store across the street.

My husband used to eat here 15-20 years ago, so we gave it a try. Same staff that have been there since the owner hired them when he opened in 1989. Friendly hostess/waitress. She remembered my husband from years ago, and that should tell you something. Ordered “Sarah’s Plate” and it was delicious. It came with half a portion of “Aztecan Pie” and half a portion of quesadillas. They were both delicious-I love a good tortilla, and they were good tortillas. My husband ordered the tamales and said they were great-tasted homemade. Quaint, small town taqueria. Recommend it!

Good food amd great service!

Ok food but not enough! Ate here with family and a friend...was disappointed with the amount of food for the price. One of our plates was slightly burnt and not as good as it should have been. Service was ok, but we were there during a slow time. Salsa was good but suspect chips were out of the bag. I will not be going back!

My husband liked his asado de puerco but my carne guisada had potatoes and carrots! What?! Real carne guisada is just that. No veggies! Flour tortillas were a little tough and dry.

Best Tex-mex around. Now our go to place. Try the Fiesta Mexican Dinner. 2 cheese enchiladas, 1 beef taco, cheese tostado, rice and beans for under $8! And it is very good!

Mandy is great! My husnand loves their menudo. I like their taco salads in the shell and the fajita bean burritos are just as good now as when her Dad and Mom had the food truck in the same place.

Nice place for delicious Mexican food. The staff was friendly and observant. Similar to a cafe in Las Vegas I liked.

Always the best. Spent so much time here when I was in college and Everytime I am in Huntsville, I have to make a stop here. Such good food and great people running the place.

My boyfriend and I usually go to margaritas for our Mexican food but no more. The food here is amazing. Well worth the money!! We never have to wait long at all for our food and the wait staff are always on top of everything. Theyre always polite and fast. Such a great place to eat! So glad that we decided to stop when we did. You have gained a customer for life! Thanks so much for the great experience every time. 💕😁

Soooooooooo good. I had the Texan Burritos ( I believe this is what it was called) with Chile con queso & enchilada gravy & beans an rice. Every bite was full of flavor.

Fiesta started as a taco truck 30 years ago & decided to go brick & mortar when the lines for their well-known burritos started to turn double-digits in numbers. You will not regret having a meal if you are passing through, like we were, or for a new place to have weekly dinner.

While driving from Houston to Dallas, i searched for best Mexican restuarant and found this place. The food was excellent and service very good. Mandy is very nice (and beautiful also). : I will definitely come back when in town.

If you have the time, don't go to Taco Bell! The tacos here are cheaper, the portion size is much more generous, and the food is of a much better quality. It's worth the extra drive. You get the best value for your money here. Looks very unassuming but the food is incredible! Staff is always courteous. Every visit is always pleasant.I highly recommend the Fiesta dinner. You won't walk away hungry.
